USAA will transfer on day X, the other bank will will get it on X+1, you may
not see it on day X, but you can confirm it on day X+1.
This is always true, for schedule on TODAY, you need to make sure schedule it
before cut-off time, but for schedule on the other day, you will always before
the cut-off time on that day, so ... (except X+1 is weekend, then you will
see it on next monday)
