Call fedex using the phone # on USAA website, if you have already have a fedex
account number, give it to them, otherwsie, they will open one for you. (
Suggest to open it yourself first to get 10% discount for Express on Fedex.com
website) You will be fine.
Those two discounts can stackable in same situation. Like just mail something
back to China. If less than 0.5 lbs, they will use FedEx envelop, only USAA
