withdraw after 5 years. That's what I understand but it's a little confusing
from different sources. Anyway, everyone agrees it's more flexible and better
vehicle than 401K.

oops. sorry. Max the portion 401K that company matches first (if your venting
is not zero), then Roth-IRA, then the rest of 401K up to 25% of your gross
income.
