The first 4 or 5 exams are mutiple choices, and the rest are writing questions
with comprehensive case analysis. You can self-study and prepare for the exam
1-2, and higher exams usually need sponsorship of an insurance company, and
you do need to take prep courses. It's not usual for a person to take more
exams (over 1-2) on his own, even so, you are over-qualified to get
actuarial-track job position, and under-qualified to be a intermediate |
