DEBIT CARD和支票类似。刷卡和在支票上签字背书一样。
这个AUTHORIZATION 和 下一步 CLEARANCE 是没有太大关系的。
如果这个DEBIT CARD CLEARANCE 系统是 REAL-TIME的话
你刷卡的同时，钱就从银行的帐上扣掉了。
如果不是 REAL-TIME SYSTEM，CONCURRENCY 恐怕就需要
大一点的时间单位，比如：两三天结算一次。
你要是想不再遇到这样的麻烦，除非你出钱把银行和商店的
CLEARANCE 系统升级到 REAL-TIME。

when you make the order, the merchant can do either of:
1 authourize only, transfer money when shipped 2 authorize & transfer
immediately
apparently, in the walmart B&M store, they used the 2nd way. if this request
is approved by the credit card company, the tansaction will be posted. if it
was declined, you will be told to change another card. walmart |
