Anne, please call (314)757-1937 asking for "Will"... Tell him you get his
name from "Red".
I interviewed several agents and used him... He is sooooo good that I am
sure you will be happy.
1) You do not have to sign a contract with him... If you are uncomfortable,
you can leave at anytime;
2) He is very patient... will never push you till you find your dream house;
3) He is very knowledgeable... if you are a newbie, you will need his
guidance... I have learned so much from him now I believe I can be an agent
also;
4) Most important: you need his negotiation skill if you do not want to
overpay... If you find a house listing at 300k but he figures out the real
value is 260k, he will find a way to help you get there.
Call him and ask him to show you the house, you will know what I mean.

不专业，服务不及时，还特别的强势欺人。
先以给回扣为诱饵，让你雇用他。
交了合同保证金后，再以不返还保证金为由，催人签合同。 |
