lease ends in July 15th 2009. It is the Master bedroom with its own bath
room and walk in closet. The rent is $300 excluding utilities. It is on the
third floor, quiet and sunny. An easy-going chinese girl (graduate student)
lives in the other room.
I have mattress, study desk, chair, floor lamp for sale too. They are
available after thanksgiving. Price negotiable with the subleaser
