500? it has to be a studio, or share a 2bedroom apt with a roommate
and no furniture, not to mention dishwasher...
places like Melrose (with furniture) is now over 500/person I think, for a 4
-bedroom apt. But u can try, if u r okay with living with 3 roommates.
or CTC? but room is smaller
u can check the apts along como ave., but the quality may not be what u r

房间比CTC大 而且便宜 管理什么的也不错 可是就是离校区太远了~
我不介意share房间 现在我们就是两个人住一起的
实在找不到我就还住这里 但是好向往能出门就到学校 一撒欢可以来回跑的生活：）

u need to narrow down ur criteria, with priorities.
and be more detailed. Here is just some information to help u adjust ur
requirements/preference
离学校近一点的地方
If talking about within walking distance, it has to be around the campus (
stadium village, as an example)
Most r not cheap if the quality & room size meets ur requirement.
If u r okay with 10mins bus ride, then u have a lot more choices.
e.g. apts along como ave.
This includes CSCC & launderdale (rosehill)
which are two major student communities I know
CTC is just relatively small
公交方便
well, along como, it is mainly Route 3
Route 3 is a good route, going to the U and also to the downtown frequently
For others like route 16, route 2, u need to be around the campus

This should be fine with those major student communities.
as long as it has a decent management, it should be good and u can always
pay a visit to check the situations
For other individual apartments, no idea.

所以希望大家可以share一下personally觉得很好的房子
比如我觉得如果住saint paul的同学可以住在brewster的公寓这里~房子很好 比CTC大
而且便宜

不过如果没用，那自然觉得浪费版面空间和时间了。。
毕竟没人理的帖子估计lz也是很郁闷的，但如果理了不如没理的话。。。
