regulations for notice and comment to expand the degree programs eligible
for OPT and extend the time period and use of OPT for foreign STEM

在美国拿了理工学位的，不管你搞不搞STEM绿卡
留下的人数都差不多
因为理工科的绝大多数人总有办法立足，就看想不想
所以不给绿卡除了toture他们没什么用处 |
