Nato: 'No indication' of Russian troop withdrawal
Last updated Wed 7 May 2014
A Nato official has said there is so far "no indication" that Russian forces
have withdrawn from near the Ukrainian border.
Vladimir Putin earlier said the Kremlin had pulled back its forces and they
were "not on the Ukrainian border".
But a Nato military official told the Reuters agency they had not seen
evidence of any withdrawal.
"We have no indication of a change in the position of military forces along
the Ukraine border," the official said. http://www.defensenews.com/article/20140429/DEFREG01/304290027/
