have withdrawn from near the Ukrainian border.

据外媒2月1日报道，最新透露出来的一份北约报告中，指责巴基斯坦方面背地里支持阿
富汗的塔利班势力，巴基斯坦外长哈尔否认了上述指控。
该份泄露出来的北约报告说，阿富汗的塔利班武装并没有被击败，几乎完好无损，而且
还得到了巴情报部门的暗地里的“全面”支持，这与国际联军指挥官多次宣称的“武装
分子的上升势头已经被遏制”自相矛盾。
塔利班武装势力几乎完好无损。。。多少听起来，令美瘪/北约联军方面很沮丧。。。
据报，北约方面的上述结论是来自于对数千名塔利班被俘人员的审讯结果。
