这不是讨论使用枪支呢吗? 这个还是有限制的吧.
美国的law enforcment部门多了, 缉毒的, 抓走私的, 一大票, 不是随时随地都可以
使用枪械的. 具体怎么管理申请确实不知道.

发帖数: 48111 | 5 i know, u mean the federal doe law enforcement. 我只是说广义上的警察很多了,
不止federal的, local doe的, 各种纠正部门的.
但是大街上用枪抓人的, 实际上只听说过正经的警察干过, 至少从新闻上的印象.

发帖数: 48111 | 6 老美的执法很严格的. 你去看那个taser的vid, 里面有个自拍的哥们一直在那吼, 你们
用的哪个code.
没有按照code使用暴力下场很悲惨的. 很容易背邢责, 就算勉强逃过去pension什么的
都没了.
