The arrest was the second of three in North Texas on Thursday involving
students bringing a firearm to school. A 16-year-old brought a handgun to
Flower Mound Marcus High School. He was arrested and faces a felony charge
for possessing a firearm in a prohibited place. A teen at South Garland High
School was also arrested for bringing a gun.
