Jill Kelley accompanied General John Allen on military flight to DC

Tampa, Florida -- WTSP (Gannett) has learned Tampa socialite Jill Kelley
accompanied General John Allen on a military flight from MacDill AFB in
Tampa to Washington, DC on at least one occasion.
Three sources have confirmed Kelley was an invited guest of General Allen.
A range of planes fly from MacDill Air Force Base. Its bread and butter duty
is handling KC-135 refueling jets. You'll also spot the weather-watching
Hurricane Hunters.
Many generals and admirals work at the South Tampa base, and the stars on
their shoulders mean they merit special aviation attention.
Top officers have access to VIP planes like the C-40, a modified Boeing 737.

Jill Kelley took multiple flights at taxpayer expense

One flight the Department of Defense has confirmed to 10 News that Kelley
took was an orientation flight on a KC-135 in May of 2010.
"It's an educational opportunity for people to just see what hard working
military members are doing each day," Lt. Col. Jack Miller told said on
Monday.

The term Mile High Club (or MHC) is a slang term applied collectively to
individuals who have sexual intercourse while on board an aircraft. There is
no known formally constituted club so named. However, since "membership" of
the "club" is really a matter of an individual asserting they have
qualified, the qualifications for membership are open to some interpretation
