Our media habitually publish very selective data to create such "feel good"
news, omitting important statistics which will put our achievements -or lack
of it - in a perspective. Let me point out that china's exports in 2011 was
1.9 Trillion dollars as against India's 0.29 trillion dollars. China's
export thus increased by 176 billion dollars and India's increase just 46
billion dollars. Also China enjoyed 280 billion dollar trade surplus as
against India's Deficit of 62 billion dollars.
