中国最明智的人民币汇率战略是：
方案１。人民币不跌，并且长期保持微升。
方案２。人民币有计划的波动，政府从波动套利，
但波动幅度有限，并且维持长期微升趋势。
如此树立人民币是比欧元，日元，米元，英镑，澳元，
法郎，卢布，披索，或其它货币更加安全和保值的货币。
所以母鸡听信墙街黄鼠狼的陷害，把人民币大幅度升值，
是非常愚蠢的做法。正确的做法是微升，放量吸纳外币。
