My hat off to you.
At first I suspected you read a Chinese-language report but there was none,
as far as I know.
So you are really marvelous, in deciphering the press release. Not juts
English.
(2) After your reminder, I re-read the press release.
(a) "The missile launch took place off the southern coast of California into
China Lake Test Range."
This indicates the starting point and end point of the missile.
(b) The press release subsequently cites Tactical Tomahawk C
