If 宪法 does not allow, then what you said actually hurt 实质民主 (the
decision conforms to most of people's opinion).

Many people have wrong concept about 民主. I think 杰弗逊 knnows more than
these people about 民主. Who should be relied on to protect 民主
ultimately? Only people. That is the essence of the Amendment II.
