successful rate -- to AnnHua families as well as to local communities. Our
next visa service will be as following:
收件 (Collection of application documents):
时间(time): 11:00PM – 4:00PM, 10/17/2010 (Sunday)
地点(location): Front Desk of AnnHua School (in Dow Building of
UM)
取件 (Pick-up):
时间(time): 11:00PM – 4:00PM, 11/14/2010
(This is an estimated time. We’ll send email to announce final pickup time
)
地点(location): Same as above
The service fee is $20/passport for AnnHua school families, and $25/passport
for non-school families. For the visa fee and service fee, a check should
be made payable to AHCS-CA.

Application documents:
1. One completely filled out Visa Application Form of the People's
Republic of China with one passport photo affix to it.
2. Original passport with at least one blank visa page and it's valid
for at least 6 months beyond the date of application.
3. An applicant born in China who is applying for a Chinese visa with
his/her new foreign passport is required to submit his/her original Chinese
passport or a photocopy of the Chinese visa in his/her old foreign passport.
4. A child of Chinese descent and born in foreign country who applies
for a Chinese visa for the first time is required to submit his/her Birth
Certificate and the foreign passport or foreign permanent resident permit (e
.g. Green Card) of his/her parents. Both the originals and the photocopies
are needed.
5. Using Non-US passports are required to submit a photocopy of the
valid US visa or Green Card.

发帖数: 251 | 3 能签到2年的往返签证. If you can come to Front Desk of AnnHua School on 10/
17/2010, you can specify the date range you want your passport mail back to
you. You may have to pay extra postage fees. You might want to come after
2:00pm. Last time, I had to wait for line over one hour. |
