-So far as buyer's agent rebate. I am not sure exactly what you are
referring to. The seller pays all the commissions to their listing Broker
and to the buyer's Broker. Agents are paid by their Broker according to
the contract in place with that Broker. Agents can only be paid by their
Broker and it is a split. The buyer does not pay anything here. We can

好的Agent 还有一好处 是能帮你发现房子的问题和利弊. However double agent won'
t tell you.
