针（先test对什么allergy，再每周去两次到每周去打针）
刚才打电话咨询一个当地华人医生，他的护士小姐说allergy shots只打一针，$50块
有点confused了，花粉过敏的Allergy shots 究竟怎么打？麻烦大牛给说说 谢谢！！ |

1. Go talk to an allergist, not a general doctor. The latter cannot do this.
2. You are right: there should be a skin test (pinprick or patch) first, to
see exactly what you are allergic to. Then start biweekly injection which
gradually reduces to monthly etc.
3. Check insurance coverage, the total cost is quite a bit as you need to
stay for at least a year to make it worthwhile. Also, you may be told to
wait till summer to start the shots to avoid accidentally exacerbating your
allergy (at least that is what my allergist said).

之前春天同时三种抗过敏药痛不欲生，现在隔三差五上点zyrtex能挺住了

打针的事慢慢联系allergist：您正严重过敏，可能现在不适合打针。就是打，等生效
这个花粉季也过去不少了。
短期先吃药抗着，各种OTC不行看医生换药，甚至几个一起上。最后上bendaryl，如果
你能那抗副作用。同时家里弄个air cleaner每天开24小时，neti pot洗鼻子，多洗澡
少出门，出门戴pollen mask。
