抱住手臂，双腿没有走路意识， 在医院做检查时， 眼睛不跟物体走， 医生让做脑部
核磁共振。 结果不好， 医生说最好准备二胎， 放弃这个孩子。 作父母的不忍心啊，
宝宝看着跟正常孩子无查别。 想咨询一下这边的大夫， 看看是不是真的那么差， 如
果不是， 有什么促进大脑发育的方法。
宝宝在家，眼睛能跟物体， 会笑， 能和大人沟通。 通过训练， 这两天， 能抬头2分
钟， 躺着脚蹬东西有力气， 抱起时仍然没有走路意识。
这里是周一核磁共振的结果， 孩子还这么小，不知道会不会误诊。 请知道的帮忙看一
下， 在这里可以通过什么途径咨询大夫。 谢谢了。
双侧颞，额， 顶部脑外间隙及前纵裂池宽 ，以颞部尤宽， 最宽处约16.3mm
双侧颞叶及额叶脑沟稍宽、深
双侧半卵圆中心中部脑白质， 内囊后肢及视放射髓鞘化呈T1W信号
双侧侧脑室对称，稍丰满，前角圆顿，
三脑室最大宽径约6.6mm,见五，六脑室， 中线结构居中， 胼胝体形态及信号可
双侧外侧裂池增宽
鞍上池内未见明显异常信号， 桥前池及环池未见特殊。小脑及脑干形态及信号可 |

呈T1W信号 mean? T1W is a collection of MRI sequences to emphasize contrast
based on differences in T1. there is no such thing as a 5th or 6th ventricle
. they are wrong terms abandoned more than 40 or 50 years ago. clearly
hydrocephalus was seen, but why the 4th ventricle was not described at all?
2. did the doctor do a neurodevelopment assessment? it is a routine for
child neurology. if it's not done, why did s/he give the opinion 放弃这个孩
子?
3. hydrocephalus itself can explain all the symptoms you saw, even though
this does not mean there is no other conditions.
4. hydrocephalus is pretty common in small children. up to 50% of pediatric
neurosurgeon's procedures are hydrocephalus relief.
5. a cause cannot be found in a high percentage of hydrocephalus in small
children.
what you need to do to at least have a good assessment of the condition:
1. have a comprehensive neuro exam, including neurodevelopment assessment.
2. if there is really some suspicion on whether 髓鞘化 is at normal stage, s
/he should have a DTI scan (an MRI sequence).
3. the hydrocephalus, no matter what the cause might be, must be relieved.
most young pts with hydrocephalus w/o other conditions do very well after
hydrocephalus relief. with the incomplete info you provided, the preferred
method of relief is endoscopic third ventriculostomy.
4. the child should be re-assessed after hydrocephalus relief.
if you need us to read the images, you should obtain the dicom files. films
do not make the cut.

上面贴的MRI报告， 的确是医院给的， 一字不差，我只是把它敲进电脑。
我们也是觉得大夫的诊断太草率，他们没有给做neurodevelopment assessment。 但是
他们相对我们而言是专家， 所以想帮朋友在这边问问， 谢谢你的答复。 孩子小，我
们想多质询，这样就算有问题，治愈或者能减轻损伤程度， 做父母的也会觉得很欣慰
。
我现在拿到孩子的MRI film， 不过可能不是那么清楚，不知道能否发给你帮忙看看。

发帖数: 4124 | 7 how did you take the pictures? if you did with a transilluminating scanner,
it may have some use. if you just used a standard camera, it's usually
useless. you should ask for the dicom files. most hospitals and imaging
centers in the US give the first copy to pt/family for free.
you can use yousendit (hightail) to send files.

发帖数: 4124 | 8 also get a full history of the kid, a full history of the mother's pregnancy
and delivery, and other relevant info from both parents.
obviously for such a young child, delivery injury and posterior fossa tumors
should be looked into, as well as congenital causes. though in a high
percentage (up to 20-30%) the cause cannot be found using current diagnostic
tools.
