My HDL increased from 64mg/dL to 89 mg/dL in 6 months.
Fish oil is useful too.
I managed to lose 22 lbs in 4 months, and reduced fat and starch intake, on
top of moderate excerise.
I acutally stopped taking fish oil and just wanted to see if excerse, food
and weight control would work. It worked and I stopped taking fish oil now. |
