6年前来美，之前血糖都正常甚至偏低，(43-46之间，标准是38-61)，来美后发现血糖
每年稳定升高，现在已经58，再不注意按目前速度2年后就会超标。请问是否可能和在
美国的饮食有关?
除了饮食少吃甜食外，应该如何控制血糖?
已经升上来的血糖还有可能降回去么?

发帖数: 1002 | 3 我每年去医院作常规血液检查，但医生说还在正常范围内不用担心
我怀疑他们都是按照教科书操作，正常范围内什么都不作，超标多少给多少药，不见效
再怎么办等等
所以只好上来问了

I assume that your glucose measurements are on empty stomach, preferablly
fasted for overnight.Otherwise, they are meaningless since blood glucose level
changes a lot and so fast in human body.Yours are in normal range.
However,if you worried so much about your glucose, a much sensitive way is
to do a 2h glucose tolerance test. Naturally, people will get high glucose
after eating, the glucose could be several times higher than normal. However, the high glucose level shoud come down to ALMOST normal after 2 hours for non-diabetic people.
So what you do is you take a glucose chanllenge. After fasting overnight,
you take a basal glucose reading. Then you drink a bottle of glucose solution. Then
you measure blood glucose every 30 minutes.It is a hassel to do that in
hospitals as you have to wait several hours. You should be able to do it
at home, with reasonable good results.
