“宝宝出了点问题，看起来一切都好，智力体能都无问题，但内分泌有问题.
宝宝男孩，出生4.3公斤，刚出生市妇幼的新生儿筛查说是促甲状腺素有点偏高（大
于9），12天去复查8.5，说是正常了。
3个月体检验血促甲状腺素TSH是9.35,不过FT3、FT4都是正常的，6个月体检促甲状
腺素TSH10.88,FT3、FT4正常，看过省妇幼和儿童医院的好几个专家了，诊断为临床亚甲减
，医生说要吃优甲乐（左甲状腺素钠片，每日一次，每次1/4片即12.5微克）而且要一直吃，每月抽
血复查，到一岁以后再看情况怎么样。
我心里很不想给他吃药，就想问问现在这个指标是否一定要吃药了。我自己并没有甲
亢或甲减，但因为这件事也去抽血化验甲状腺素，报告还没出来，请问假如我有问题的话母乳是否也会
有问题，是否只要我吃药宝宝就不用吃药了？谢谢啦！”

hypothyroidism. The decision will be either close follow up or treat right
away. Thyroid hormone is critical for growth, and you definitely don't want
to ignore the problem in a baby.
To answer your second question, thyroid hormone is synthesized in the body,
which means your breast milk will not help him. But your thought is on the
right tract, because it is essentially the same as supplement with drug.
