发帖数: 28 | 1 想问问大家谁有相似的经历，或者懂这种情况应该怎么办，给出出主意。。。
我是学生，用的是harvard pilgrim health care student insurance plan. 这个是学
校给办的保险，还挺贵的，一年要2000多。
我今年六月份的时候后背张了一个黑痣，去看primary care doctor，被转到皮肤科医
生那里，结果以malignant suspect 做了切除。biopsy结果出来是良性的，结果保险公
司拒绝cover。我在看病之前打过电话给保险公司，他们说这个是否cover不清楚。在做
了切除，接到bill之后我又给保险公司打电话，结果人家说如果biopsy的结果是恶性的
，会cover，但是如果是良性的就不给cover。我觉得这明显的不合理，我又不是医生也
不会未卜先知，怎么知道会是良性还是恶性，哪有保险公司以biopsy结果来决定是否
cover的。
我写了appeal letter给保险公司，又写信给发给我bills的hospital， 结果保险公司
依然拒付，医院也说没有办法。只好上来问问大家有什么好主意。如果我没有能力支付

OK, talk to your FP, ask him or her to make a phone call or write a letter
to insurance company to communicate your situation, if FP referred you to a
dermatologist. No one knows that for sure until the pathology report is back
, but they need some clues for referral. But if it is your decision and
insist, that's another story.
Discuss with your hospital, in some cases, they may cut down the costs,
depending on your status, income and many. |
