发帖数: 121 | 1 我外甥今年4岁，属于过敏性体质，上次查了一下过敏源，没有查出对什么过敏。
医生说应该是对冷空气过敏。
一到换季或天气变化大的时候，或者是吹到冷空气或者空调什么的就开始打喷嚏，
流清鼻涕，然后开始咳嗽，
咳嗽一般是晚上睡觉前咳，半夜咳一阵子，早上起来咳一阵子，
白天基本上不咳。
消炎药和普通的咳嗽药水没效果，要用抗过敏和治哮喘的药才行。
好像叫咳嗽变异性哮喘，如果控制不好的话会变成哮喘。
请问版上有哪位对这样的病症有经验的。如果能给点指导，不胜感谢。 |

发帖数: 1211 | 3 Asthma is caused by narrowing of airway upon over reaction toward certain
stimulant. It is not uncommon that asthma is presented as coughing. Cold
air is a well known trigger for asthma attack. I am not sure what you mean
by "咳嗽变异性哮喘". If you are still not sure about the diagnosis, doctor
can use a peak flow meter, or perform a pulmonary function test to confirm
the diagnosis.
All asthma problems should be addressed adequately. Most medications are
inhaled and act on the airway directly. |
