标 题: 急问:有没有妈妈了解新生儿肺炎?

宝宝已经住院10天,除了X片有些阴影,呼吸急促外,血检,吃奶,大便,精神都好.这是新生
儿肺炎吗?医生三天换一种抗生素,我都快崩溃了...我这月子做的,哎,天天往医院跑,以

38岁第二胎,预产期前7天催产,有些急产,EPIDURAL还为完全生效,就从五指开到十指产
了,PUSH了7.8次就生了,儿子重7磅3磅盎司,脐带饶颈两周,有哭声,但没多久就没了,浑
身发紫,于是吸氧,打抗生素,住院10天没有进展,急得我天天哭,都快忧郁了,今天医生又
说呼吸变差,要照肺部CT,这治疗方法对吗?

not neonatologist, but most of early neonatal pneumonia is due to intra-
uterine aspiration of infected amniotic fluid, or tansplacental infection,
or aspiration of amniotic fluid during delivery,
the most causative agent is group b strep,
how sick is your baby? on the vent? on pressors? there is a big difference
between neonates and adults patients as far as prognosis goes,
those little things are very strong, especially it's full term, they bounce
back really quickly,

My son eats/sleeps well and not on any machine as of now except for a few
monitors and the oxygen tube/antibiotics.His oxygen level is lower than
normal ( around 90 with medication and some oxygen help )and when he
breathes, his chest goes down just like a hole between the ribs and the
tummy ( forgive my english ).He breathes slightly faster than 60/min. My
frustration is he seems not so sick, but the doctors do not know exactly
what treatment will work a

发帖数: 285 | 5 hope you have a good neonatologist taking care of the baby, neonatology is
much different from adult medicine so i wouldn't know if which would be the
best diagnostic and treatment option,
i do know that when those little ones get sick, it definitely put everything
into perspective, that everything else in the world doesn't matter anymore,
that things we complained in our daily life, means nothing at all comparing
to that litte guy,
i've seen worse that come off the vent and pressors and are now | p*******r

that my little baby can come home soon in good health.
