章很麻烦，耽误了2个多月，材料才得以从学校寄出。个人觉得申请算是比较顺利。把

人，专家解释，这种情况发生机率仅80000~100000分之1，相当罕见。

替我太太发的帖。
她去年末开始被干眼症困扰，传统疗法不见效。听说外州有眼医不错但收费昂贵，为了
及早治好病，我们决定砸锅卖铁也要去看。于是今年四月前去就医。
医生扫描了眼表，给她看了video说有conjuctivochalasis（结膜松弛，眼睑上部
superior），并在右眼做了羊膜移植手术（Amniotic Membrane Transplant）。术后立
即发现剧痛，眼球一转就感到刀割一样的sharp pain。医生说手术不彻底，需二次手术
修复。
家人觉得蹊跷，经人介绍在本地几个知名医学院陆续看了4位眼科教授，结论都很一致
：只是单纯干眼症。没有结膜松弛，这是老年病，她才二十多岁，不可能得此病；且诊
断的部位(眼睑上部superior)也非传统的发病部位(眼睑下部inferior)。术后并发症是
常见的瘢痕Scar，牵扯眼表导致疼痛，且羊膜移植的graft比眼表自体组织低，导致眼
表高低不平，加重干眼症。Scar是permenant的，但不推荐二次修复，因为手术越多，
导致的scar越多。医生应该术前告知。

我这里有个chart，是说生的时候，宝宝如果有7-8lb，孕妇应该增重多少的：

抗生素，催产。不过我们想再过几天看看spontaneous labor会不会kick in. 如果真的
去医院的话，问问可不可以在用Pitocin前用foley bulb。今天我是40周2天，双宝。

发帖数: 1982 | 27 今天看到一些材料说羊水也可能是一点点漏的，这个很难和孕后期漏尿/discharge区别
开来。但是漏羊水比较危险，因为可能会引起感染.所以一般要在48小时内引产。
我上个星期超声波倒是显示羊水正常。但是最近总是觉得内衣不干爽，又不能总是跑医
院检查是不是羊水...我看网上说：
“Nowadays, many over the counter products are available to test whether the
fluid is urine or amniotic fluid. It is always recommended that one avail
of these tests to ensure the health of the baby.”
请问有没有人买过类似产品？能不能给个名字什么的？谢谢 |

It turned out that the doctor wouldn't recommend for me to do the amnio
today. The doctor said it is still too early. I am at my sixteenth weeks,
supposely to be ready, but somehow the inner layer of the amniotic sac is
not fully closed with the outer layer. The doctor told me to go back in two
weeks :-(. |

screen and ultrasound? If all normal except white spot in the heart, the
risk of downs is pretty low. generally speaking, at age of 38, risk of downs
and other trisomy pregnancy will be >1/100. chromosome analysis for villi
or amniotic fluid is recommended for woman > 35 year because of increased
risk of trisomy. but over 2/3 downs pregnancy will be spontaneously aborted
by 28 wks.

大宝因为臀位(breech)剖腹产，让一向崇尚自然产的妈妈感到及其惋惜。一年半后
，二宝不期而至，妈妈冒着子宫破裂大出血的危险（医生说几率很小，但是比正常产妇
会高一点）决定尝试自然产（VBAC)。
孕后期还算顺利，除了吃饭后胃有点不舒服以外没有其他什么反应。最后两周有很
多无痛宫缩，但是根本不影响正常活动。随着预产期的临近，什么生产的征兆都没有，
肚子也一直高耸着，没有所谓的入盆（下降），这让妈妈很是着急，如果宝宝到41周都
不自己发动的话，就要再剖一次了。妈妈尝试各种办法，39w走trail，整整走了3个小
时，把宝爸都累趴下了，妈妈还是生龙活虎一点反应都没有。后来外婆做了美味的家乡
汤果，希望能像当年外婆吃完汤果生妈妈一样顺利生下二宝。妈妈甚至开始吃整个孕期
不敢吃的菠萝，不是说菠萝能流产么！不管外边如何折腾， 二宝还是稳如泰山，在妈
妈肚子里睡大觉。

polyhydramnios的临界点(23-24cm)。她说这个情况要跟我的主OB讨论，看是否需要进
一步的fetal monitor。如果需要的话，他们会安排我每周回去监控两次。回家查了一
下，polyhydramnios很rare，在整个孕妇群体中只占1%。造成该情况的原因主要有两个
，一是孕妇是糖妈（我不是），二就是胎儿有先天性疾病，不能自己吞羊水。我大B超
检查一切正常。现在真的有点六神无主。。。求姐妹们bless我的宝宝。。。。
补充一下，宝宝体重57% percentile，勉强大于平均值。网上很多AFI20cm的mm都说自
己肚子超级大（比如36周看起来像42周）。可今天医生量了我的肚子，说一点都不大。
所以我相当困惑...宝宝大于平均值，羊水又超多，为什么我的肚子看起来正常？多出
来的部分到哪里去了。。。 |
