发帖数: 60 | 1 几年前得过一次角膜炎，之后眼干眼涩，容易疲劳，检查后医生说是干眼症，就让我滴
人工泪液。有人说人工泪液不宜长期使用，会破坏泪膜。我现在的症状是：天气好时，
症状比较轻；但如果明天或后天要下雨变天气，眼睛就又干又涩，容易疲劳，甚至有胀
痛。在美国找过一个医生，也就还是让我滴人工泪液，而且要一天4次。不知有没有其
他的治疗方案，十分感谢！
附：本人生活比较有规律，一般早睡早起。就是学业较重，经常要看书 |

发帖数: 1211 | 2 Don't think artificial tears has any long term adverse effects. Those wear
contact lens use artificial tears all the time. Chronic lack of tears can
lead to permanent cornea damage.
It is probably worth looking into the cause of dry eyes. Is that Sjogren's
syndrome? |

glands, thus leading to dry eye, dry mouth and joint disease etc. If doctor
suspect Sjogren, he might order some special blood test. You can certain
suggest and see what he says. |
