to sum it up,you have MGUS of IgG type, negative bone scan, thrombocytopenia
, polyarticular joint pain/stiffness, dry eyes, negative rheumatoid factor,
but i don't know what is 强直性脊柱 in english name,
don't know if you have dry mouth as well, if you have both dry eyes/mouth
then i would think maybe sjogren syndrome, primary sjogren has nothing to do
with other autoimmune disorders, but the secondary sjogren syndrome is
often associated with rheumatoid arthritis, which has morning stiffness, but |

different in patient with and without Sjogren's syndrome. But it is clear
that Sjogren's patient has a high risk for rheumatoid arthritis. My
understanding is that the treatment will be the same on the arthritis part
regardless of Sjogren. |

i thought sjogren can be either primary or secondary, if it's secondary,
then the most underlying disease is RA, so in another word, RA caused
sjogren, not sjogren caused RA, |

contact lens use artificial tears all the time. Chronic lack of tears can
lead to permanent cornea damage.
It is probably worth looking into the cause of dry eyes. Is that Sjogren's
syndrome? |

mechanism is production of anti-gland antibody involving lacrimal glands and
salivary glands, resulting in dry eyes and dry mouth.
could you feel a swollen parotid gland? any difficulty swallowing? dental
caries, constipation?
if some of above items are positive, you need to see a doc for Schirmer's
test and auto antibody test including ANA, SS-A SS-B.
While this disease is not common, most likely you are fine. just keep an eye

radiation therapy, chemotherapy, and nerve damage. Salivary gland diseases,
Sjogren's syndrome, HIV/AIDS, and diabetes can also cause dry mouth.
Treatment depends on the cause. Things you can do include sipping water,
avoiding drinks with caffeine, tobacco, and alcohol, and chewing sugarless
gum or sucking on sugarless hard candy.

绍。曾经许诺一旦成绩上了230，就写一篇考经，下面就把我的备考经历和一点心得体
会向麦地版的战友们作一汇报，也算是对自己这段人生的一个总结：
