if it's "common cold" you are referring to, by definition, at least i was
taught this way, is that it's caused by virus, but common cold could be
difficult to differentiate from some bacterial infecions, in addition, you
can easily get superimposed bacterial infection of upper airway after you
had the cold,
so to argue this topic is kind of moot and Ah Q in my opinion,
