灸三次，还是没有好转。牙医还给定作了一个牙套，让晚上睡觉带着，带了一个星期，
TMJ没好，牙倒疼起来了，好像是牙套不合适。
请问有什么好办法治吗？ |

I saw an oral surgeon who said the pain probably started as a result of
stress. During stress people tend to clench and I am a severe clencher. :(

Did you get your mouth guard fitted by your dentist? It's not always a
perfect fit even though it's custom made. You need to go back to your
dentist and tell him the problems, and have him adjust the mouth guard for
you.
I choked on my mouth guard when I first wore it at night. It took me 2
trips to get it right, but it's perfect now. I've been wearing it for many
years now and there's not a problem with it. |

told me that I don't need a night guard and it won't solve my TMJ problem. I
think the dentist ordered the night guard just to make money.

actually damages my teeth and my TMJ acts up - which is why I started
wearing night guard. It does help tremendously. I don't know your
situation but for me, it's more than just peace of mind. It actually works!
