医生说可以佩戴个牙套，睡觉时带上，299美元一只，请问，会不会影响睡眠？ 要不要
带两只才好？？

since I was a teenager.
You only need one night guard. The lower one is easier to wear than the
upper one. $299 is dirt cheap, if it's custom made by your dentist. You'll
sleep better with a night guard - at least that's how I feel. I actually
chipped one of my front teeth one night before I started wearing night
guards. These days I'm so used to it that if I don't wear it to sleep, I
feel insecure. Ha ha. |

但是看给谁做，除非你非富即贵，认识有力人士，
否则水平再高也给你瞎做。

guard from the dentist instead of buying it off the street. I have been
wearing the current one for at least 4 years now, and it's still holding on
well.

I would think it depends on what material yours is to begin with, and how
often you use it as well as how you maintain it.
You should ask your dentist this question.
