is dangerous/painful for the donor. So that they even don't want to think
about it.
First step is to join the NMDP (national marrow donor program) registry,
sometimes there are local orgnizations/hospitals marrow drive, your record
will go to NMDP through them. You will get blood drawn (on your arm, it is
like when you need blood test). Once listed in the registry, your tissue type
will be compared to the tissue types |
