In a time of globalization and transparency, the current American healthcare
system is closed and opaque, with consumer having no bargain power in
health service pricing, and multiple layers of middle men, with cost out of
control and much less accessible when compared to peer countries.
The writing is on the wall: single payer system is coming to USA. If you go
to the campuses and talk to young Americans, you can see the tide is coming,
if not in ten years, in twenty years tops. Extremist GOP can fight the
wheel all they can, but they will become irrelevant no matter what they sing
.
