OBAMACARE ROLLOUT DISASTER，右派看了幸灾乐祸，以为可以revoke obamacare,但是
左派看到single payer is the way out,而且vermont已经开始single payer.这个一开
始，滚雪球很快的，许多州已经被medicaid搞得过不下去了，MA, MI, MN, NY, IL, CA
可能会很快跟进。
