对值得， 一个不可多得的leadership机会， 让你的CV也更好看， 对找工作，找
fellowship帮助极大， 所以一定要全力争取。

year after next year or want to do some management work in the future, or
just want to look good on your CV, go for the chief after you graduate from
your program. Otherwise, do not waste your time.
Choosing a third year as a chief, is a very bad idea anyway. As a chief, you
are going to involve a lot of daily manage work, you know that. You will
have a lot of meetings to go. It will take off a lot of your rotation free
time. You need the time to prepare your application for your fellowship, or
you need the time to prepare for your job hunting, or you need the time to
prepare for your board. Any way, it is a time consuming job. You need to
find the balance.
