定真是羡慕不已，自己是要先写一个草稿再读一遍才行，要不dictate的顺序就乱七八
糟的，心里觉得自己真是太弱了。
敢问前辈如何训练提高dictation水平，其实觉得根本还是对病例精炼能力不够，另外
规范正式的口语表达还是很逊，但这些也不是一朝一夕的，有什么方法能加强训练呢？ |

present. so, you can focus on your analyzing problems. you can personalize
it later. some old guy's note is very sharp and fun to read. |

dictation是必须的， 省很多事啊。 我现在尽管用EMR， 在医院我还得dictate， H/
P， discharge summary几分钟的事， 多简单啊， 要不还得填表。

，病人周转又很快，每天花很多时间在写这些东西，progress note可以在电脑上写，
然后打印出来，attending签字。

你们一定要complain！ dictation是一种技巧，是resident training必须的。

其实关键是要训练强迫自己以英文来思考.如果需要先用中文腹稿,再用英文说出,一很
慢,二破碎三CHINGLISH |

or complicated sentences. the goal of your dictation is not to look like a
1.Talk not only slowly, but loudly and clearly; speak in this way not only
when dictating, but also in every working situation, including presenting a
case!
2.(for discharge summary) What I do is to print out all my H/P and progress notes, and use my last sign out as an outline.
3.That's the key!
4.That's the key, 2! Furthermore, use dictation as a great way to practice
your oral presentation and organizational skill.
In addition to the above key points, I would recommend some practical ways:
1. Listen to what you dictated!
2. Ask the dictation-taking staff to get the trascript BEFORE it's been
finalized by attending.

好几贴也没了，包括我和Dr. Newbie的第一次亲密接触，以及这段机缘的起因。也不知道

dictation luckily we have all the template in computer. You just have to
modify a little bit for different patient. |

我们以前resident training的时候没有这些，所以现在能力不够啊。一开始我也觉得这么没效率的dictation还不如手写，不过现在我认识到不是省时间的问题，的确对训练如何准确精炼的口头表达临床意见很有帮助，其实目前情况下如果我用写的不会更慢，但试想一下和人交流时候总不能象写东西一样copy，paste或backspace吧，所以还是得好好练。 |
