发帖数: 60 | 2 I did not know a specific place near Maryland that provides IM or path OB.
However, here are some general tips.
1. Know what kind of OB you need.This is the most important step! IM? Path?
Academic? Private clinic? What kind of hospital you want to match?
2. Look for a doctor that you are interested in and USE ANYTHING that either
can promote yourself or get you the connection to that doctor.
3. During your OB, pre- and post-study all the cases you are seeing before
and after your observation. Remember, one of the most important thing is to
try your best to impress your attending and get a good LoR.
I know this sounds like old common sense and BORING. THIS IS THE TRUTH.
