性质的机构，比如 IMG Prep、FMG portal、MedClerkships、AmeriClerkships，总是
有些疑虑，不仅因为和他们联系时他们过度大包大揽的豪迈，也因为听到周围参加过的
朋友的诸多抱怨。所以，自己花功夫直接联系了一些医院和诊所（反正这些公司就是介
于我们和医院之间的中介，利用信息不对称来赚钱），下面三个是我推荐的。首先声明
，我自己并没有真正去这些地方做过Externship，不过从和他们沟通的经历来看，很有
可能是地地道道的 hands-on USCE。其中真伪，还需各位童鞋自行辨别。除了名声在外
的 Pan Asia Healthcare Foundation 和 ACAP program 之外，这些也可以是一个选择。
(1) Jackson Park Hospital, Chicago, Illinois
Requirements Hands on Clinical Experience
1. Resume
2. Interview with Dr. Murthy (Medical Director).
3. Completed Application.
4. Proof of Hepatitis B vaccination or proof of positive antibody titer.
5. Proof of PPD within the last 12 months or chest x-ray in 1 year (if had
PPD positive).
6. Physical exam by physician within the last 12 months.
7. Proof of MMR or Rubella titer.
8. Must be an American Citizen or have a valid Visa or Work Permit (We do
not sponsor visas).
9. Identification Card (Driver’s license or State ID or Passport)
10. You MUST have proof of Medical Liability Insurance before you starts the
program.
11. Please bring all medical records with you on the first day of the
program.
12. The fee is $300.00 - $400.00 per week.
13. All rotations start on a Monday.

Anthony Medical Associates is offering Externships in Family Medicine. We
are a very fast-paced FP Clinic in Fort Wayne, Indiana, which sees 50-90
inner-city patients per day. Our extern positions require proficiency in
History & Physicals, patient follow-ups, and determination of assessment and
planning for the cases encountered. All extern activities are overseen by
our attending physicians, and facilitate an excellent environment for one to
become current with U.S. Clinical Experience requirements for GME
application.
Acceptable Candidates: Graduates of International Medical Schools. Ability
to re-locate. Capable of working in a fast-paced clinical environment.
Ideal Candidates: Graduates who have attained ECFMG Certification, and those
familiar with and adaptable to EHR Systems.

去年跟韩国的dr.lee搞的panasia health foundation externship program看来还比较
成功，已经知道有9个学生match了，超过了50%。不过这些学生本身素质很好，不见得
都是externship的功劳。
