非常感谢您的答复。 |

clerkship as those in clinical medicine department. Only difference was at
the fifth year, we did epi research instead of clinical clerkship.
There are preventive medicine residency in US, to apply, you have to have
at least 1 year of regular clinical residency (most ppls have completed
residency) and be USMLE eligible. Those physicians can practise in family
medicine after graduation. In that sence, you should be able to take USMLE.

S****v 发帖数: 478 | 5 it depends on how fresh you are as a medical graduate in PM. If graduation
earlier than 1999 in China, it was OK. Later that that was no good news as
back to 2011. |
f**********n 发帖数: 246 | 6 Preventive medicine path in US is different. People have to have to graduate
from a regular US medical school and have done one year of residency (
internship) in the US ( like people going for radiology, anesthesiology have
to do 1 year of internship as well). Then you can go for another 2 year of
residency of preventive medicine. Saying that, medical graduates in
preventive medicine major in China are not even allowed to take USMLEs now,
how can they be matched and do 1 year of residency and find another
preventive medicine residency spot to do 2 more years of preventive medicine
residency.
have
USMLE.
