1. Selectively take other people’s suggestions; you are the boss and
have to take the decision and responsibility;
2. It is very important to get more interviews;
3. Try to apply for as many as possible programs;
4. Phone interview: better first listen to the voicemail and understand
it very clear and then call back;
5. Interview preparation：1). 知己; 2). 知彼；
6. For challenge question: first acknowledge the interviewer, then
