prelim，
有的advanced program会帮助协调找到prelim IM，问题是从3月11日到3月15日之间能
知道自己的half match到哪里吗？不知道的话怎么要求advanced prog帮忙呢，suppose
program 15日之前也不知道自己candicate谁match上了吧？
请前辈们和明白的同学指点！ |

matched advanced program city since people would like to find a prelim
program in a same city; for full-matched person, the info will only be
released on the real match day. Thanks, Tamrcss!
