During its October 29th meeting, the NRMP Board of Directors approved new
fees for all Matches opening after June 30, 2013. The institution
registration fee will increase from $175 to $200 for each Match in which the
institution's programs participate, and the per program and per matched
applicant fees will increase from $30 to $35. The applicant registration fee
will rise from $50 to $60 for the first 20 programs on the rank order list.
"We think these new fees compare favorably to fees for other similar
services," said NRMP Executive Director Mona M. Signer. "The San Francisco
Matching Program charges applicants a $100 registration fee and $60 for the
first 10 applications sent by its application service. The AAMC's Electronic
Residency Application Service (ERAS) charges $92 for the first ten
residency applications and $105 for the first ten fellowship applications. |
