a group by yourself? So you can get 60% off. I am going to use
Americanclerkship myself. I have 5 ppl on board and I also equally
distribute my additional 30% discount to other group members. So everyone
feels equally treated.

My advice is that additional 30%-40% discount for organizer should be distributed evenly among the members. For our group, I was the organizer. I also got $800 more than other groups members. I divided this by 5. I gave each member including myself $160. This is a win-win situation. Otherwise, everyone wants to be an organizer who takes advantage of other members. No deals will be done in this way.
