share.. The year before last, I applied 110 programs selected from a
commercial list called matcharesident.com. It seemed that I just got one IV.
Apparently, I was in a rush the first time. The second times, fully
prepared(a couple of rotations in IMs, radiology, pathology),I got 8 ivs,
cancelling 3(One malignant FM and preli surgery in small community hospital
of NYC as well as pathology in Indiana). I do not think that I belong in the
prg or specialty in my life. Sorry, I am not kind of loving your current
job type of person(做一行，爱一行）. Out of these five ivs, Cincinnati
children's hospital impressed me most. They held a MD/PhD IVs.2 DAYS IV.
Very personalized IV.In the scientific day, I was interviewed by a bunch of
researchers and in the clinical day, I was interviewed by a bunch of
physicians including PD himself. The ivs are well arranged. The lodging is
at Hilton located in Fountain square. Please remember if you have a recently
earned PhD, they will give you an IV call.

这么看，有效的program申请的太少了。
看别人，申请150个categorical 内科，每个iv都去的。
iv表现，估计也不好。

医院和喜欢的科室也没错。下次多申请一些，有prematch就从了把。

2. No plan. The consequence of point 1, u split precious time to do
different obs
3. No passion. As u said ur self
4. No idea. Don't know ur strength/weakness
5. No strategy, canceling IVs before u securing a spot.
These r all part of ur package, not just ur score or paper. Fix it, get a
best understanding of yourself, set a clear goal and make a plan, u still
have good chance.
