different interview ppl and eventually matched to different pgs, everyone
has different story and answer.
which one you think is the most important one? and what ranking order is the
correct to you?
多大比重 is also a non-quantitative index or issue!
What you can do is to do your best to make your package all looks good and
even shining! show your OWN unique feature which impresses the interviewers!

分数越高越好，90分能通过大部分screen，80分就少了50%机会。
年龄越轻越好，2年毕业生以内能通过大部分screen，10年就少了50%机会
connection内线联系，申请直接放到PD桌上。
过了这些以后，只要PD看了你的申请，你的experience才能发挥作用。 |

but I entered residency younger than him: when I was 42.
