发帖数: 174 | 2 You can have your letter writers sign and seal the envelops. You then
collect them, send them to ERAS as a bunch. In this case, you have the
control of timing and tracking.
If you ask your writer to send out the letter for you, it'd be better to
provide him/her a paid envelop with tracking # on it and make sure he/she
remember to use your envelop.

还有一点疑问...意思是只要envolop没拆开就可以吗? 还是envolop封口处也需要sign

body of the letter that you have waived the
right to see the letter. This is more important than sealing the envelop. (
you will read this in the instruction of the cover
letter which you need to provide to your letter writer.). Eras just released
some new features for 2012 season, letter
writers may have options to write/type and upload their letter to Eras
directly.

the ability to send electronic requests for letters of recommendation (LoRs)
directly to their letter writers. Letter writers will have the ability to
upload LoRs directly to ERAS Support Services via a new Letter Writer Portal
(LWP). LoRs uploaded through the LWP are expected to be processed within
one to two weeks. Please monitor the ERAS Support Services section of the
ECFMG website at http://www.ecfmg.org/eras for additional information.

this online portal.
