lucky, one thing I believe that we must have some obvious weakness in our
package. (Do you know what they are?) Of course, some weakness are
permanent, such as GOY, score, GC et, al. I am also pretty sure that
everyone has many potential strength which are admired by many people,
however, you may not notice them. By joining a group, we will help each
other to find out how to overcome these weakness, and know how to show our
shinning parts. As Laodao said, let's do it.
I am very glad that BANZU (skyscopio) has proposed many good suggestions,
and is willing to give us FINANCIAL support. Thanks! |

可以了吧。一定要找那种对死非常敏感的人加入，那种知道不抱团就必死无疑的。

指点一下，就像以前班上有人提到的mentor制，效果更好了。 |

主张切，有的说要保守治疗，更慎的非要来个心理治疗，这桌饭局不就砸了。

发帖数: 3319 | 15 其实这个组不是那么好搞的，主要就是人员构成的问题，大家都是成年人，想什么做什
么很难一样的，每个人都需要不断调整自己去适应整个组。但是，别说要这么做了，你
就是让人明白和接受这点都挺难的。

at this early stage.After there are enough people sign in this document can
be shared within group members. Then we can add more info. This way the

private information. The bottom line is we have to be honest to each other,and keep all
of our privacy in the discussion group. Our rule is to find a way which could help us
most. My understanding is, this is a game that we may have very minimal
competition among our CMGs unless you are targeting a top program. If you are
barely good enough get in a program, We ARE COMPETING WITH OURSELF. Look at the
match list, there only a few less 100 people matched in last year. No need to say that
they are into more than 5 specialties. |

I hope that we are able to successfully unit a harmonic group. So far there
are more than 10 people expressed their wish to join in this group. I would
like to find a time at this weekend, and hope that we are able to make a
decision if we need to open a club or have a private skype group. My
personal suggestion is to have a skype group, which allow us to have a mock
interview. Of cause, we would definitely ask you and many other QIAN BEI to
help us with some issues related to our application and interview. |

因为match是件非常重要的事，我有一些个人想法与大家商讨：
1.一个组的成员不能太多，6人左右就足够了。报名人多的话，可以根据不同的背景分
成几个组，比如毕业年限，有没有参加过match,想报的专业，等等。
2.想加入的人必须是慎重考虑过的，因为你不仅学别人的经验和教训，还要毫无保留介
绍你的经验和教训。
3.如果有人只想“索取”，不想“分享”，小组其他成员可以把他或她vote out。
暂时想到这么多，希望抛砖引玉，把互助组建好，运转好，最终大家都match上，成为
好朋友就锦上添花了。
